Icon Aparts is part of a set of three buildings developed by Civilria to reinvigorate Porto's business district.
This development of more than 150 rooms is intended for the rental of studio and one-bedroom apartments. It has common co-working areas, a restaurant and a gym to provide the best experience for all those who take advantage of it.

Through the build to rent concept, this project is aimed at those looking for a "long-stay" experience. Characterized by its modern and avant-garde architecture, this building was designed in collaboration with OLI.

The bathrooms were fitted with SLIM flush plates in black and OLI74 PLUS S90 SANITARBLOCK in-wall cisterns, which guarantee an ideal combination in terms of design, functionality and water efficiency. With this cistern, we guarantee 4/2L flushes and, thanks to Plus technology, a saving of around 0.5L of water with each flush.
