JAM Hotel Lisbon
In Portugal's capital - Lisbon, an extremely efficient building was born as a result of the fusion of ideas between Belgian and Portuguese artists, who wanted to combine art, sustainability and innovation in a space that had long been stuck in time, wasting its privileged view of the Tejo River.
From reusing energy to reusing materials, this project guarantees sustainability and energy efficiency on all 7 floors and a total of 100 rooms, making it the first passive building in Portugal, consuming 90% less energy.
The hotel's bathrooms have been fitted with OLI74 Plus mechanical S90 in-wall cisterns and SLIM flush plates.
