TROFA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
The new Trofa Municipal Council represents the history of the region's industry and railway, now reimagined in an innovative and modern space. This energy efficient building complies all environmental standards and stands out for its unique geometry and location - in the old installations of the Trofa Food Industry.
The project, designed by portuguese architect José Carlos Nunes de Oliveira (NOARQ), was conceived to provide a unique experience for its users, with a detailed design to guarantee the best service and comfort. With four floors and a garage on the ground floor, the building has various functional areas, from reception on the ground floor to work offices and meeting rooms on the upper floors and patios, balconies, a noble hall and a small auditorium for other occasions, promoting an atmosphere of collaboration and communication.
The City Council sees this development as a fundamental part of the region's urban development strategy, giving it an integrated and sustainable character. With a mixture of simplicity, nobility and transparency, the new building is an architectural milestone that reflects Trofa's industrial past, while at the same time projecting itself into the future with technology and innovation.
In the bathrooms of this building, OLI74 Plus S90 Sanitarblock in-wall cisterns were installed, which stand out for their water efficiency guaranteed by PLUS technology, urinal frames and BLINK flush plates in a white finish.
