FAQ´S
What should I do when the toilet is continuously filling?
Check if water is coming out of the valve stealing tube. If you're coming out of the thief tube, your inlet valve may be in trouble.
- If the inlet valve is stuck in the open position, you should clean or replace it or contact SAT
- If there is no water coming out of the thief pipe the problem should be in the outlet valve or other drive components.
Check if the outlet valve is loose or out of frame with the outlet valve guide. Then put the valve back on the valve guide or replace the valve.
Check for debris at the bottom of the tank (e.g. grains of sand). If they exist, you should thoroughly wash the inside of the tank.
Check if the outlet valve seal is dirty or damaged. If so, you should replace it or contact the SAT.
Check if the outlet valve is with any arrest. If it is, you should replace it or contact the SAT
What should I do when the toilet is not filling with water?
Make sure the miter tap is closed. If it is closed, you should open it and check if the inlet valve is clogged. If so, you should clean the components or, if necessary, replace them.
Where can I find technical information, technical drawings or videos of OLI products?
All technical information and drawings can be found on the respective product pages of the OLI website. OLI also offers a set of technical and commercial videos on its website and on its youtube channel.
Is it important to leave an electrical pre-installation in an in-wall cistern?
In some constructions, electronic devices such as flush plates or smart toilets are used, which require an electrical connection to work, so in carrying out the work, you should prevent a simple electrical pre-installation in the place where the sanitary equipment will be applied if a future change is considered.
Do I need to drill through the wall to solve a problem with an In-Wall cistern?
It will not be necessary to drill the wall. To access an In-Wall cistern, simply remove the flush plate. In this way, you will have direct access to all the mechanisms inside the tank to be able to carry out its maintenance and/or repair.
Do OLI in-wall cisterns take up more space?
On the contrary, they are elements that allow you to save space in your bathroom.
Is it difficult to install an OLI in-wall cistern?
Installing a toilet is no more difficult than installing any other element of the bathroom and is within the reach of any professional. If you have questions, you can consult some videos available on our website and Youtube channel, or you should contact the SAT.
